Shed those extra kilos

Hmm I am not an expert in advising others how to drop few extra fat off ur body but rather wld like to share some exprnce n facts I learnt .... I have seen ppl who try to reduce wght and end up complaining none of the techniques worked as per the book or some dumb TV shows :P
first thing have some patience atleast pls dont chk your wght everyday or even worst evry hour in the gym :P:P after one rep :P ..
from what I exprnced these followoing things work and dont work

Dont Work ;)
Suppliments : may be with rght percentage but need a triner for that a correct excrse routine which most of us dont do

Reducing the meal : na it just spoils the health when u want to reduce why reduce the energy of ur body

a liltle honey with water or milk : some say its a myth well for me just finish the complete bottle if u love honey that day itself :P

ok now What might work :( and yes it does )

cut down junk foods : though its not possible by many just find a alternate like munch on fruits
may be slowly one can reduce

Timely food : ahh well most of your busy life its not possible I agree but break your food quantity like : a light brk fast after an hour or two a fruit after that coffe or milk or even a chocolate it keeps you eating :P and not hungry like before which makes you go to cafeteria once u reach the office

Raw vegetables : This wld be of grt help if you can sacrifice your taste for food
just munch on raw vegtable for lunch n avoid oil .. may be noodles will do

Exercise: Ah well I dont say you need 2 be in gym for reducing ur wight ..you can do with ur daily routine...avoid elevators at work place , Jog if you can run its even better
and when you jog it shld be like others can see sweat on your face not just u having a feel of have ran 20 km wr the fact is u have ran to practise for your waiting bus early morning :P

Red Wine : hmm this is bit what I was taught.... a glass of red wine at the end workout reduces fat ... but few can argue any alcohol dehydrates ...But I blv my trainer n have also read in one of the edition of MENS HEALTH magazine and yes after hard workout only or else its of not worth

For a fast reduction try this combination may be will take time to fit this in your busy life but worth a try

Morning : run 4-5 kms
come back from office may be after 8 PM : Run 2 kms ( if dint run in the morning make it 4 kms ) workout in gym for atleast 45 min sweat out ..take out all your frustration in gym ...if u cant go to gym no probs strecth at home simple school drill will do ..or better wld be to go for swimming.. it actually gets your body a shape

May be initial its difficult but trust me once u start seeing the change in you ..u will not stop it
Search for a partner who can run along with you ......its better to run in a group rather alone when u r starting ;)
